  1. Andy

I really like this bike jacket but I had to go up a size because it was extremely tight. While bike clothing should be snug, I felt this was too snug… but it feels great! Can’t wait to try it out this weekend when the temperature drops

I first went out on a ride with the jacket on Sunday. It was cold and windy but the jacket kept me warm and comfortable. It did not affect my mobility or range of motion and felt light and flexible. I did not ride with it in the rain so far, so I cannot comment on water resistant properties. I am really pleased with this jacket. It is well made, fits well and has lots of pockets.

    First the pros:
Fit is perfect. I’m 5’8″ and 160 lbs, in pretty good shape aside from a slight belly that I’m working off, and the medium fit great. It’s slim, the arms are nice and long, and looks great when you’re on the bike.
Elastic cuffs on the sleeves prevent any wind from coming up your arms.
Zips up nice and high to protect your neck.
The three pockets in the back are nice and deep.
Includes two front pockets that you can zip up.
Has two interior pockets, but they’re not all that strong.
Has a vertical stripe down the back that’s very breathable so you don’t stew in your own sweat. Pretty sure it’s not rain-proof, though.

    Some cons:
That horizontal stripe in the front that they claim is breathable? It’s not. I tried blowing through it, and there’s virtually no difference from when I try to blow through the main, windproof fabric of the jacket. Not a deal-breaker—I just unzip a little when things get too hot.
It could use a little breathable fabric on the sleeves. Thanks to the cuffs, this thing is so windproof, my forearms get sweaty after a hard ride—something that’s never happened to me with my previous winter cycling jacket.

Overall, I really like the jacket. The coldest I’ve ridden it in so far is 28 degrees, and it kept my core nice and comfortable. It’s the other parts of my body that started complaining. The red is a nice hue; it’s deeper and not quite as magenta as the picture they have on Amazon.

I liked that it kept me warm on very cold weather runs. I don’t like that the zipper broke at the worst possible time (in the middle of a frigid run). It did last for almost a year.

For price this is so nice. I am between medium and large for jacket size.
I am 206 pounds, bought large as my chest measures 44 and it fits and looks so good. I did a ride in 38 degree with thermal under shirt and a polyester jersey and it kept me toasty. Definatly will buy more from this brand.

I was looking for an end of season well priced cold weather cycling jacket. It’s a competitive market in the same price range for a jacket with similar features. I went with the Souke brand and Amazon service. I ordered the jacket in the morning and received it the very same evening. I have purchased their cycling shorts before and found their sizing to be fine (for a snug fit), good cut and quality durable stitching using appropriate material for sports wear. I usually wear a small but decided on the medium to allow room for layering. This way I can ride in cool or colder weather. I’m 5’7″, weigh 132lbs, 38″ chest. The medium fits well, not baggy but somewhat form fitted. I like the extra 2 inside mesh pockets , 2 side zippered pockets (big enough to tuck in my hands) and the 3 cycling back pockets (elastic top cuff to hold things in, big enough for a water bottle). The outer fabric appears stiff so it doesn’t wrinkle, it is stretchy which makes it form fitting and is soft to the touch. The sleeves are long but while biking this accommodates for reaching the handle bars without the sleeves creeping up and the elastic wrist cuffs will hold the sleeves in place and block out any wind. I use a handle bar mounted cycling computer/clock so I don’t need to look at my wrist watch. The back is slightly longer than at the waist and has the silicone grippers along the hem so it doesn’t ride up when cycling. The only drawback on this jacket is the flimsy front zipper pull tab. Not a big deal whether the zipper is left or right pull (this jacket is left pull: consider it challenging the brain). The pull tab on the front zipper is tiny and makes it cumbersome if you have gloves on. It’s a SBS zipper and it is not as robust as a YKK zipper. So I replaced the pull tab with a medium sized key ring which allows me to pull the zipper up or down with a bent finger (even with gloves on).
All in all, I am pleased with the stylish look, colour (I got the blue), design, features and quality of construction, all for an exceptionally low price. What a deal.

I have tried this once in 38 degree weather with one layer beneath. This was warm. I am confident that this will be good in colder weather in the 15-32 degree range, maybe even colder with a second layer underneath. It is also scuff resistance. I wiped out on some ice during the ride, my arm had some scrapes underneath but the fabric held up well, no sign of any damage. Only damage was some bruises to my arm from the fall. I washed my bike after the ride and the fabric resisted the water great. Don’t see any issue with the waterproofing in light rain. I am happy with the purchase it has some great styling to it also. I did order an XL, normally I wear a L bike jersey. Wanted a little extra room for at least 2 thin layers or 1 heavy layer underneath. Fits great.

  9. Andres

Based on the measurement table I’m a size Medium. So I ordered it and it fits perfectly with some room for baselayer(s) underneath without feeling too snug or uncomfortable. This jacket has a funnel type collar which completely covers your neck when you close the zipper all the way to the top. The sleeve is quite long but it’s not a deal breaker and I like the fact that it comes with stretchy cuff material to shield your hand from the cold headwind. Inside is lined with fleece material which is surprisingly warm and kept me toasty during a 2hr ride at 2°C. Aside from the standard 3 back pockets, it also comes with 2 side pockets with zippers which I think is an added bonus given its very competitive price. If you’re a road bike cyclists like myself, you may NOT want to stuff those side pockets with food, walllet or anything for that matter as I find it difficult to get low on the drops. Those items tend to bulge in front of your tummy and it’s a bit of a challenge when you want to sit in aero position. MTB and casual riders – you’re fine. This jacket comes with reflective stitching (chest, back, shoulder that runs down the sleeve and back hem). I’ve used this jacket twice already, been washed and hang to dry. There is no visible discoloration, warping, shrinkage or signs of damage to the material. I haven’t tested this jacket during mild shower or drizzle so I couldn’t tell if it’s water proof/resistant. Overall, I’m quite pleased with this jacket most especially its price point. Glad I bought this!

  10. Robert Orenstein

I have been pleasantly surprised by the warmth of this jacket. I’ve taken to wearing it as my main jacket for chilly days around 45F, and as a liner for my wool/cashmere top coat on days below freezing. I may get another to press into service for biking exclusively. Highly recommend.

Weird that the zipper is reversed as if it’s a woman’s jacket….. I consider that a design element…..

  11. I keeps it real

All these people claiming to size up probably don’t have a very proportionate physique (beer guts) If you are athletic, and want the jacket to look on you exactly like the photo, do not size up. This is a form fitting cycling jacket built with the intent to keep you warm and aerodynamic. Everyone sizing up is wearing it baggy, which if that’s your intention, go for it!

Lots of pockets inside and outside. Impressively warm and well built. It is black but looks dark blue in some light settings. Reflective material across the back and shoulders for those early morning/evening rides. I use it on my motorcycle at weathers down to 50 degrees and it keeps me surprisingly warm. Great product for more than just cycling!

Buen producto, en cuanto me llegó lo estrené, muy cómoda la chamarra, el único detalle es que se le cayó el zipper del bolsillo izq en el primer abrir
