I am going to start with the few cons I found on this item:
1. It runs a little small. I ordered the medium size which is supposed to work for a 32 Waist, however, if was short and I could barely close it. I had to order a large. (yes, I’m a 32, all my pants are 32 and sit well on my waist).
2. The zippers for the phone and keys compartments close to opposite directions. This may not be an issue for other buyers, but it was for me. I wore the belt with the phone and keys on the back and, when I tried to pull my phone out, I had to slide the whole belt, so the phone compartment was in the front.
Now let’s talk about the positive things:
1. It is a slim belt and very light. You cannot tell you have it on (unless you tighten it enough to feel it).
2. It has reflective material which is great for running in the evening.
3. The phone compartment looks slim, but it expands and holds a good-sized phone in there. I have a phone with a bulky case, and it fits perfectly fine in there.
It has a second compartment for keys and stuff, I found it great for my earbuds’ case.
4. The belt has a durable plastic loop and fastens to itself with Velcro. Very useful and easily adjustable.
5. I like that the material is washable, in case it starts getting stinky with the sweat.
6. It has a pretty spacious water bottle compartment which has enough room for a 500ml bottle! I really loved this feature, because I run in the afternoons and sometimes I just need some water in the middle of my run.
I really liked this belt. I am sure that you could also wear it at the gym (maybe not when bench-pressing), or when doing any other physical activity. Great product, recommended.
