Myrtle –
These shoes have a shape to the sole that makes it easy to propel yourself forward. There is cushioning but not so much that the shoe feels spongy. It stabilizes my foot well. My knees hurt when I wear other shoes, but not there. I am in my sixties and new to jogging, but these shoes make the experience enjoyable. I got them for a good price, which I appreciate. They are fairly ugly, though. No desire to wear them as regular shoes.

Just bought my second pair of the exact same shoe. This was a game-changer for me. I had to stop running secondary to hip pain and then I restarted with the Triumph 20 and now no pain at all. Second time getting the rabbit – love the color!
