I have owned many Apple Watches / Fit Bits and just not a fan of the big bulky models – they get in the way.

This Luxe is beautifully designed- easy to read & sync up. Would definitely recommend.

  2. Simone

Ottimo orologio in linea con i prodotti FitBit.
    Leggero, piccolo ed elegante.
La app è la solita Fitbit, nulla di diverso dagli altri modelli

Really enjoying my Fitbit luxe. It’s so lightweight, reminds me to move(!) and seems to be accurate. The silicone band is a great neutral color and so far no skin irritation. Very comfortable….dont even know I have it on! Packaged nicely and received on time.

  4. Moya

I enjoy the size & style of the Fitbit. This is my 3td one & I love it. It gives me all the important information I need regarding my health while on the go. Price is right, style is neat & strap comes in several choices.

Great size and looks, wears casually and gets the job done

Originaly I was satisfied with it. But this band is used just for a little more than 2 months and stopped working. Not able to charge even cleaning the charging points.
Contacted with fitbit customer service and it is able to charge now. Thanks!

I lost my Apple Watch so decided to go back to Fitbit. I love this watch, small, sleek and does the job to track steps and heart rate. I didn’t use my Apple Watch for all the features and really just use it for exercise.

I love FitBits. The battery lasts way longer than apple watches. They work great for a while, but I have gone through 3 in the last 2 years. Some of them give out quickly. I was wearing at my job where I was outside everyday, all day so it could’ve been wear and tear, but still they should last longer. Otherwise I love them.

Ich bitte um Kontaktaufnahme. Die Fitbit gefällt mir sehr gut. Leider funktioniert der Touch An- und Ausschalter nicht. Das Display geht bei Bewegung nicht an. Man muss mehrmal darüber streichen. Ich wünsche eine Umtausch zum Preis von 89,00 Euro. Vielen Dank

UPDATE: After a month of this thing not working, I contacted FitBit, and they sent me a return authorization. It has been 19 days now, and they say it is “still in transit.” They won’t send a replacement until the receive the device. I have owned it for 3 months, and only used it for about 6 weeks. WORSE PRODUCT EVER. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Several years ago, I had a FitBit charge that broke, and they sent me a new one within 10 days. This is horrible and I will NEVER purchase another FB product again. PLEASE read the negative reviews about this device on their website before you make the same mistake I did.

I received my Fitbit Luxe a couple of weeks ago and I am so frustrated with it. I have had FBs in the past, but wanted the sleeker version, with a pretty band. I don’t need the watch, as I prefer to wear my own. I don’t want notifications on my arm, because I have a phone and nothing is THAT important (to me). I didn’t want a bulky watch. I just want a darn fitness tracker.

This morning, without even trying, I got it stuck on the stupid timer, and I did not even WANT to use the timer. I finally had to just leave it alone for several minutes before it switched back to the watch face on its own. I don’t even WANT a timer, but you can’t turn that off. I am so disappointed with this.

95% of the time, I have to bang on the **ahem** thing 8-10 times to get the display to appear…and often, as soon as the display appears, it vanishes again. Swiping sideways is almost impossible (maybe works 3 out of 10 times).

Phone app counts my calories 2-4 times per meal when linked with MyFitnessPal (To be fair, apparently, this has been a problem with FitBit linking to MFP since as early as 2016–when I found the earliest complaint about it. You’d think they would resolve that by now. I suspect it has to do with the number of times that I log or edit a meal or add water on MFP). And, it never transfers my calories burned to MFP–no matter how many times I have disconnected and reconnected it. (I did NOT have this problem with my old FB Charge).

I don’t so much care about the watch face options, although they are very limited, and difficult to read. I don’t want/need a watch face. I just want a fitness tracker. I’ve had it for more than 2 weeks now, and only remove it to bathe or shower. This morning, the SPO2 indicator says that I have had no readings for 24 hours and my SPO2 levels were 2%–most of the time they are 94%-96%, which seems accurate for someone who walks 90 minutes a day at a brisk pace. By that reading (2%), I should be dead.

If I could give Luxe MINUS stars, it would be at MINUS 5 right now. It looks nice, but functions poorly. Before “Support” reaches out and asks, yes, I fully charged it, and ran it through all the updates before wearing. I wish FB would send out an update to fix all the problems. The current update is Jan 2022.

Unfortunately for me, because of my past experience with FB, I threw out all the packing materials, so I can’t send it back. I am so disappointed in this product. I really wanted a sleek looking fitness tracker that I could depend on. I got sleek. The rest is garbage.

I’ve had Fitibit Charge 2, 4, 5. I decided to get the Luxe because of the bad reviews on the Charge 6. I’ve worn this 1 day, and the band (silicon white) has fallen off at least 8x. I bought the metal bands as well, will see if they work any better. Luxe looks good, but as some tech reviewers have noted this Fitbit version seems to be more geared for looks rather than improving function. I will try other bands, but not a good start.
Update: After viewing several youtube videos and scrolling through the Fitibit customer forum, the band needs to CLICK into place for it to be secure. No click, it will come apart. I wish there had been more instructions on this key requirement since I was one of MANY users who had this issue.
The other comments still stand – it is a very elegant-looking tracker, and works similarly as the Charge 5 though with some features not included, Fitbit/Google chose to make the tracker attractive and not upgrade or keep some functions (ex. no altimeter, no GPS). Still only 6 shortcut exercises, must swap out to add a new one, etc. Still, am planning to keep this and hopefully, the decorative band accessories will work as they did on the Charge 5.

I have bought a couple of cheap fitness watches. One I sent back. The other was continually disconnecting from the app! I thought I would treat myself to a Fitbit. I am so glad I did. I love everything about it. The colour, the fit on my thin wrist and the app is so easy to use. I have worn it for a few weeks now and I have no negative comments at all.

A great watch for your everyday needs such as sleep tracking, step counter, find your phone and much more. The elegant design makes the watch go subtle with whatever style you choose. Make sure to have different bands so you easily can switch between colors.

I bought it for female, but it could go for males too with the right combination of wrist bands.

The battery life of 5 days are really good, especially since it so small.

Overall, great watch for the price. Worth it!
