This is my third Fitbit. I inherited the last two from my daughter who loves to upgrade her electronics equipment. It’s easy to set up, comfortable to wear and is extremely accurate.

I have nothing but praise for this new model. It’s the first I have purchased on my own. I ride my bike 12 + miles a day, and love how my Fitbit watch complements the Fitbit program on my iPhone.

At first I thought it was too small to read, as my prior Fitbit watches had much larger faces. But I was wrong, as this model 3 is just perfect. It’s surprisingly easy to read in all categories. The screen is bright, and the slim style is attractive and unobtrusive on my wrist. The black face and band coordinate with any outfit. It also fits nicely under my gardening gloves, so I don’t have to remove it at all. Water resistance allows me to wear it while washing dishes or when caught out in the rain on my bike.

One of the best features of this Fitbit is the long period that it runs without recharging, just about two weeks.

It’s the best “gift” that I have bought for myself in a long while, and is well worth the money.

    Enjoy!
    Highly Recommended.

A wearable that does as much as the Inspire 3 should be called a smartwatch. I guess it’s not clunky enough. I got my first fitbit in 2015. I stayed with the Alta HR for a while because I didn’t want to wear a square Big Ben on my wrist. A couple of years ago I bought a Galaxy watch because I wanted more functionality – and it’s round and I’m an Android person. NOTHING WORKED PROPERLY ON THE SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH. I compared all possible data with my Fitbit then gathered metrics the old-fashioned way, e.g., counting my steps, checking heart rate. FITBIT WAS ALWAYS RIGHT. So I returned the Galaxy. When I saw this watch I bought it, hoping against hope that Google hadn’t wrecked the algorithms. Lo and behold they hadn’t!! This watch is incredible. For a reasonable price I can do pretty much everything except detect all the falls I do not take. (Fall detection is problematic with all smartwatches anyway.) Some people will want more and I get that. I can’t, for example, make calls. The Inspire is not a smartphone, but it does let you read texts and mail and make brief replies. That’s pretty smart. The sleep monitoring is excellent. The health metrics are excellent (spo2, hrv, rhr, sleep temp, breathing rate, artythmia, and more). I just hope Google doesn’t catch on and drop this un-ridiculously-large-and-ugly watch from the lineup. Or double the price. Oh and the orange band is very nice and comfortable and doesn’t stain. 6 stars.

I needed a replacement for my gen 1 Halo when Amazon decided to pull the plug on it. I loved my Halo and this Fitbit does most of the same features plus some the Halo didn’t have.

    What it doesn’t have…
Halo has a great imaging feature where you can take photos of yourself and it will calculate body fat and make a virtual model of your body to predict what you will look like if you gain or lose weight. I loved this feature and the BMI calculation was accurate as it was almost exactly what I got from my doctor plus or minus a fraction of a percent. Halo also had a mobility assessment feature that would diagnose where you are having mobility issues and prescribe exercises and stretches to correct issues.

What Fitbit has that halo didn’t…
Fitbit has an excellent calorie tracking feature with a bar code and database that is updated by user inputs. This feature was pretty terrible years ago when Fitbit first launched it but today the database is quite good and easy to update by snapping a few pictures. I’ve tried noom my fitness pal and other similar apps but the Fitbit version is the best I’ve seen.

Fitbit also now adds a recovery tracker as a part of Fitbit premium. This is great for tracking when you are best fit for a hard workout, when to take it easy, or when you should probably take a day off. It also has a stress tracker and mindfulness tracker. The mindfulness tracker also has some meditations that are available in premium as well. Registration of your device gives you 6 months of premium subscription for free.

Aside from those features where the two differ the units are pretty much the same except the Fitbit has a screen and the Gen 1 Halo interfaced only by the phone app. I prefer not to have a screen as I always use the app and the screen is just another weak point that can be damaged. Unfortunately not many trackers without screens are available these days. Even later generation Halos incorporated screens. Whoop is a non-screen option but has a higher subscription cost so it was a no-go for me. Fitbit gives you food logging, macronutrient tracking, calories burned, step counter, exercise tracking, heart rate, sleep tracker, water consumption, movement reminders, and weight loss goal tracker included without subscription in addition to the features I mentioned earlier only available with the premium subscription.

The main thing you like about it is that the exercise tracking is automatic. If I just exercise for 10 minutes or longer it figures out what exercises you are doing and logs it along with workout metrics. This is easy for me and it dies it accurately so I can just run, or get on my bike and go. You can manually set it up too if you prefer or wish to use GPS tracking.

Tiene nuevas funciones, como medidor de la frecuencia cardíaca. El anterior fitbit qué tenía no lo traía.

A wanted a good basic watch with a long battery life. I’ve had Fitbits in the past and have been very satisfied so I ordered this one. For me they held up well and lasted a long time. I love the slim design and easy to read face. It was so easy to pair and so user friendly. Many of the features both function and cosmetic are wonderful. For instance, I changed the color of the display to suit my taste etc..
So far I am very pleased with this watch and am happy I ordered it.

I have a stainless steel Apple Watch Series 5. I bought this Fitbit because I wanted constant SpO2 tracking in something lightweight to wear around the house.

Unfortunately the Fitbit only monitors and reports average SpO2 from the previous night’s sleep. No constant or on demand SpO2 readings.

Otherwise it seems well featured. Will probably give it away.

I’ve worn Fitbits for years, and when my Charge 2 finally died, I got the Inspire 3. It works great and gives me all the data I need or want, quickly and easily. I normally get about 15 – 25,000 steps daily, and I run, hike, cycle, and play pickleball most days. I love that I get accurate pulse rates as well as steps, and I also love the look and long battery life. I highly recommend it.

Ease of use is quite difficult to comprehend as it took me a few days to sync the device with my phone
