As we haven’t seen any rain in several months, I haven’t tested the water resistance. However, these shoes feel great and have good support and cushioning- I’d highly recommend them.

I swapped out my typical Brooks shoes for these because my socks get very damp when the grass is wet from early dew or light drizzle on the baseball field, when a typical shoe gets wet fabric on top. Since theyre trail, these have a little more aggressive tread which is good on the infield and outfield too. Pretty good on turf field too.
They take a little break in, in my opinion. Stiffer sole than brooks running shoe probably because it’s made for trail, rocks, etc.
the biggest thing to know is these are much tighter than my other brooks running shoes of the same size. Length is good. I guess because of the Gortex liner?, and maybe that’s a good thing for foot support. I had to go with my thinnest socks to get the shoe on. The shoes has begun to loosen and stretch a small amount and become more comfortable, therefore I think they require a break in, or I should go with a wide.
I normally wear an 8M in Brooks brand and 8.5M in some other brands.

Ich laufe die letzten 10 Jahre mit Brooks Schuhen – unterschiedliche für den jeweiligen Zweck und Untergrund und bin immer zufrieden. Dieser ist für Nässe wie mein vorher genutzter und passt ausgezeichnet

Robuste ma sorprendenti come leggerezza. Non sono morbide quanto le versioni da corsa estive, sono piuttosto dure, però è questa la loro forza perché ti danno sicurezza nel passo veloce. Per quanto riguarda la temperatura le ho provate in giorni freddi e tengono il piede sempre al riparo e caldo. Goretex fa la differenza, non entra un goccio di acqua. Gran prodotto queste brooks!
