It easily fits my phone, ID, house key and a bit of cash for emergencies with space left over. It is also very comfortable – I’m a size 14 (I started running to loose weight), and fits easily around my waist. The reflective stripe is an appreciated safety feature.
I had been thinking about getting a running belt for a while but just never really thought I needed one. I could just carry my phone/music in my hand and since I always run against traffic it’s easy for me to keep an eye out for dangerous cars. But then when I was driving I pulled over to help a man who was having a seizure half on the sidewalk and half on the street. He had been running and and didn’t have any form of ID that myself or any of the other good samaritans could find, his phone had a code so we couldn’t call a loved one to let them know what happened while we were waiting for the ambulance to arrive, and after the seizures finally stopped he was still very confused and nothing he said made any sense. When I got home I started looking at running belts and chose this one. I always make sure to put my ID in it, and I have card with the name and phone numbers of my emergency contacts just in case something like this happens. To fellow runners/walkers/whoever, please never leave the house without including some sort of ID. You never know if something will happen and emergency services will be able to contact your loved ones much quicker if you’re not some random John/Jane Doe.

I chose this belt because I am a big lady and this one would fit with the extension that came with it. The belt is stretchy and will fit even bigger than the discription says. It is very easy to fasten and the pocket is roomy enough to carry my phone and money when going to the gym. The pocket for keys is smaller than I would like I would reccomend this belt. I am very glad I purchased it

I bought this For walking when I am out – I don’t always like to take a bag with me and I end up shoving my keys and cash in my bra! When its hot out I don’t want to have to always carry a sweater or bag I like to be free.
This is amazing and I love it and I just went online to buy 5 more to give as gifts to my friends and family.
I am a size 16 and the bag fits without the waist extender. The strap is elasticated and stretches to about a size 20 or more I would imagine. It’s so great. Has more than enough room for a phone/loop for a key chain. Pocket for cash and even a hole for your headphones so you can have your phone in the pouch and listen to music. Has a light reflecting strap so that if you are in the dark and cars are coming they can see you. the stripe is all around even on the back.
This is a great purchase and I love it! sits flat against your stomach and doesn’t bounce around although I only walk so I cannot say anything for joggers/runners.

I freakin’ love this thing! I was super hesitant to buy anything even reminiscent of a fanny pack, but, since women evidently don’t need pockets in athletic clothes and I was tired of just tossing my phone on the ground for strength training, I gave in. Lemme tell ya, it’s amazing! I’ve only worn it to the gym once so far, but it made my trip so much easier! Since today was cardio only, this waist belt meant I didn’t need to bother bringing my big gym bag, coz I could fit everything I needed right on my person. The tiny pocket even fit the key & big ol’ fob to my bff’s Chevy truck (which I had today), and the main pocket, dang! It holds my 6s plus perfectly, plus I was able to fit my protein bar (a nugo slim if you want an idea of size) in there, too…AND, I forgot to leave my eye glasses in the truck before I came in, and was even able to fit a set of acetate inflexible glasses in the main portion, too, along with the other 2 items. I just tucked my sweat towel over the band, and I had everything I needed for a cardio day…plus like 15min of strength, coz I can’t stop myself sometimes.
I showed this to my husband yesterday, as I’d been wearing it all day once it arrived (early afternoon), up until I got dressed for bed, and now he wants one, too. Even for just around the house when you’re busy it’s a great help! I kept my phone in it all afternoon while I gardened, and I even wore my garden tool belt over it with no issues.
Regarding size, I’m a US 14-16, and this fits like a charm with the extender, riding a little lower toward my hips as opposed to just sitting mid torso. Of course, there is still room to adjust it larger if I wanted it to sit kinda low and slung across my hips. It will also fit much snugger to my torso without the extender, and it sits a little higher, too, when adjusted in this manner. This option was very helpful for wearing under my garden tool belt yesterday.

Belt is good enough. I bought it recently, so used it only for several running and workouts. It’s light weight, sit securely, and quite comfortable, so at first running I even forget about it. It is roomy enough and could be used in travel, as phone and passport (without additional cover) could be put inside.
Let me note, that most of phones are not curved, so phone corners stick out when you wear the belt. But it is not a problem of this particular belt, it’s advantage of such model.
I dislike two minors issues: 1. I’d prefer to have full pocket in the large compartment, as currently it’s separated by wide belt. So, small stuff should be put to small pocket.
2. Zip starts from opposite side to headphones hole. So when you use wired headphones it is necessary to completely open main pocket in order to reach the phone.

At first I was skeptical of the other reviews of the running belt staying in place during a run while my phone and keys were inside the belt. I needed this belt to use to run after work to hold my car keys and phone while I went on a run with co-workers. I was amazed the belt does hold in place and you do not feel belt flop up and down. There is plenty of room to put car keys, phone, and any other items needed to take with you. It is not bulky and can fit under your shirt or over depending on your preference. This is a good belt to use for any occasion to keep your hands free.
