I’ve exclusively worn Altras for years due to foot issues, and have always loved the wide toe box.
However, as you can see in the video – my 5th is literally pushing the fabric out. 😩 and extending over the sole. 😟🤯
Does Altra have a new thing now for not-foot-shape?? 🥺
I’m not giving up on the brand, but these are not working for a “wide toe box” promise.
Otherwise super comfy & cushiony and wish I could keep them!

First comfy sneaker in a long time for my overpronated feet. Half tempted to buy again out of gear they won’t be available when I need to replace.

I normally wear any 8.5 in sneakers, but on the Altra website, I was advised to get this shoe in size 9.5. I’m so glad I did! It fits perfectly! The wider toe box is so comfortable for my bunions and hammertoes. I am now pain-free when I exercise.

These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I’ve ever owned. I’ve had Hoka and ON these blow them out of the water. I walked almost 11 hours at Disney my feet didn’t hurt at all by end of the night. Seriously get yourself a pair and thank me later

I bought a pair of altra trail sneakers in the beginning of spring and loved them. I was due for a new pair of running shoes and usually buy saucony’s but wanted to try the altra’s instead because I loved their trail sneakers so much. Wow, what an amazing shoe! Love the wide toe box, stability, weight, durability, flexibility and grip. I typically run 9-12 miles a week and needed a good sneaker that was comfortable! These are it! The only down fall of this sneaker is the insole. It’s a bit tight around the heal. I took the insoles out and put my other insoles in from my saucony’s and they fit great! Highly recommended this sneaker!

Very supportive – walk for exercise 4 miles several times a week very fast pace – holding up better than any other shoe ive tried

I love Altras, have run in multiple styles and versions, both road and trail. I typically run road in Torins but had an ankle sprain recently so I wanted to try something with a little more support, and the Paradigms are a little bulky for my taste (though very comfortable and squishy if you like a maximalist high-stack support shoe) so I tried the Provision and it’s exactly what I wanted. Too early to tell how well these will hold up, but Altras typically do and if not Altra’s customer service and satisfaction guarantee are A+ (not Amazon’s though – go through Altra directly). The orange isn’t my favorite but they were on sale and for $60 I don’t really care what color they are.

So happy I found this brand of shoe. These are wonderful for individuals with a wiiiide toe box. My first pair was the Lone Peak style, these are even better.

These definitely run small, nice wide toe box but not long enough. Additionally I found the footbed quite shallow so didn’t feel like my heel and foot were well cradled. Sadly sent back
